I have vented my concerns and explained my purpose in becoming a member of Virtual Sheet Music.
I have more than hinted as you alluded to. Today's Christian music is quite lacking in my opinion, just like the so called music we hear on major radio/internet networks. I feel it is more of a "show" than it is a time to honor God. Say what you will but that is NOT true praise and worship. Most churches have contrived an almost Hollywood/rock concert style of music, complete with entertainment style performers on stage. The trend is to post wordy, often difficult to read or understand with strong overtones of a biblical nature, and expect the congregations to "sing along". Every line is uplifting to God, encouraging, and faith building.įrankly, I find that most churches lack fun and inspiring songs and choruses for their congregations and small gatherings. Sheets has worked fine on the Web for me for years, on Linux, Windows, Mac, and even on Chrome on Android. Disappointed that Google didn't respond to you.
